Ordering Your Volvo Through Overseas Delivery

Ordering your new Volvo through the Overseas Delivery Program could not be easier. Speak to one of our Volvo Sales Consultants and they will guide you through the entire process.

There are some steps that that you will need to take care of when ordering your Volvo with us:

    *You will fill out an order form, a Swedish Application for Temporary Registration and a Power of         Attorney Form (which authorizes Volvo to handle all the importation paperwork on your                     behalf).
   
    *You will need to submit a $2,000 deposit.

    *You will need to provide a photocopy of your Passport and Driver's License. (Just bring them         in, will can do that for you).

About fifteen working days later Volvo will send you an Order Confirmation Package, which will include the confirmation for your new car order. The Confirmation will include your order number and scheduled delivery date, as well as instructions for organizing your travel through Volvo's Travel Department, together with information on your specified delivery point. You will have fifteen days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation Package to finalize your travel booking, and up to six months from the date of your vehicle delivery in Europe to complete your vacation.

Final Payment is due at Fields Volvo Waukesha 30 days before the hand-over of your new Volvo is scheduled to take place. Make sure to bring the final payment receipt or contract copy obtained from Fields Volvo Waukesha when taking delivery of your car in Europe. Proof of payment is required.
