We had an excellent experience with Fields Volvo and John Smith of the Sales department. This latest purchase is the 5th Volvo we have owned, our first Volvo purchased in 1975. Wanting a used Volvo S60 model with low mileage, John presented us with 4 vehicles to choose from. We selected a 2013 white S60 front wheel drive model with 20,000 miles on it, and additionally it was a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. The test drive convinced us that we had the one we wanted, and the car was prepped for delivery in 3 days, including the addition of Cilajet coating to the exterior and interior.
We traded in the older Volvo, got a nice trade-in value, and signed all the paperwork on the 4th day. Cassie and Alexis of the Finance department had all the paperwork predone when we arrived to get the car. The car was looking like a new Volvo when delivered. John Smith spent the next two hours with us, giving us a tutorial on the vehicle's features, controls, servicing, operation, and customization of the controls and radio/stereo. We had no questions remaining after that lesson.
The complete buying/trade in/delivery process was all professionally done, all very efficiently, with no hiccups. We enjoy driving the new(er) car alot, on a recent trip up North we got consistent drives of 30+ MPG. All in all, we'd have to rate Fields Volvo and John Smith 10 points on a 10 point scale.

Awesome car buying experience!

I went there to look at a used 2011 Sentra.
I didn't know what to expect, and frankly I was a little nervous. I had it
in my head that this dealership was a little out of my league and the last
dealership I was at treated me like a silly little blonde girl, so I didn't
have much hope for this one.
From the moment I walked into the door until the moment I sat in my newly
purchased car and pulled out of the lot with a grin a mile wide on my face I
was treated with so much respect.
Not one person there made me ever feel like this was not going to be a done
deal. My credit is, well, it was challenging for Keith to get me in that
car, but he and everyone else did such and awesome job!
I give everyone there 100 stars!!

Bought a used Volvo here about 4 months ago and couldn't be happier. Normally car-buying is right up there with root canal work but this place could not have been more different. Not pushy at all, very courteous, the dealership itself is immaculate and all in all it was as pleasant an experience as i could have hoped for. Certainly earned likely repeat business from me.

I wanted to pass on a big "thank you" to your service advisor John Schulteis. I had been having problems with the ETM module in my 2001 S80 and John went the extra mile for me and my car in order to locate and resolve the issue. My car now runs better than it has for some time and my faith is restored in the Volvo commitment to it's customers! Your dealership is also top notch and a great place to visit.

This is the third car I have purchased from the Fields Group. Their customer service was exceptional! You took me away from a dealer I had purchased five cars from - Zimbrick in Madison. I have been in the automotive field for forty years - spending the last 13 years with American Family Insurance as an appraiser. I recognize good service when I get it. Keep up the good work and let your dealer principal know!!
